Residential Verano and Paradiso
A new residential complex located in the outskirts of the northeast city of Recife and overlooking a lagoon situated close to the beach, the project is comprised of two residential towers with all apartments overlooking the lagoon and some with a beachfront view. All amenities such as restaurants, gym, library, and playground are concentrated on a separate pavillion overlooking the lagoon and the pool. The landscape architecture was conceived by the famous brazilian landscape architect Benedito Abbud, and perfectly integrates the towers with the forest, beach and palm trees that surrounds the site and which are so characteristic of that region.
