Daniel Gusmao – Head of Design
Daniel Gusmao is the Head of Design and co-founder of Daniel Gusmao + Besser Associates (DG+B). He has more than 25yrs of international experience in design, project management and execution of interdisciplinary project in the US and international. He is an award-winning architect, acting as part of the AECOM team selected to create the Masterplan for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games that left a lasting legacy to Brazil. He has designed 90+ project in US, Brazil, Mexico, Korea, Panama, Japan, China, Portugal, and Spain.
Christian Besser – Head of Operations
Christian Besser is the Head of Operations and co-founder of Daniel Gusmao + Besser Associates (DG+B). He started his career in residential design and construction management and went on to obtain his MBA in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Management, in Arizona. Since then, he has held various positions in strategic planning, marketing, business development and operations management with leading global pharmaceutical companies in the US, Europe and Latin America.
