The architectural design values the ephemeral character of fashion, with its constant seasonal changes. Thus, the central atrium in the facade works as a means of communication with the public, thanks to the openness and transparency of the structure. Vertical glass panels (up to thirty feet high) inside the mall make up the separation of spaces and are used as media displays. The stairs behind the translucent panels work as a sort of art gallery with temporary installations and exhibits. Finally, a “tear” at the bottom of the building transforms into a mezzanine with a transparent glass skylight over a small plaza of events, and is the epicenter of the project, where natural light permeates to the whole interior of the building.
